BASHHER is a New Zealand based Perfumer with an elegant collection of boutique parfums centred on beautiful, floral arrangements and some fruits and spices. The parfums are a combination of natural fragrance oils that compliment the other ingredients. The parfums have a 20% concentration of perfume oil and an oil and water mix to provide the right blend for a longlasting scent. The fragrance oils we use are all certified by the International Fragrance Association. We use the best ingredients you can buy sourced from places all around the earth.
